After many years of working at the official KHM workshop, Paschaloudis Paschalis, starts his activity in the industry as an independent electrician and simultaneously launches his first workshop for the winding and repair of electric motors, H / Z and pumps.
The activity of the company grows and after a series of trainings in Italy, the specialization in winding submersible drilling motors with PVC wire is achieved.
Within 5 years the company establishes itself as one of the main repairers of submarine electric motors nationwide.
Its upward trend throughout this period is consolidated with the conclusion of an agreement with GRUNDFOS, which continues to this day. Specifically, the title of GRUNDFOS Authorized Service is obtained.
The company shields its future by investing in human resources, infrastructure and electromechanical equipment and moves to privately owned facilities in the industrial area of Thessaloniki in Sindos. At the same time, the development of the commercial department is intensified by maintaining a warehouse for spare parts, pumps and electric motors in order to provide faster service to its customers.
The continuous growth of the company is achieved in a difficult economic period, culminating in the number of annual repairs exceeding 1000.
The company is organized, investing in computer equipment, accounting and commercial programs in order to better manage repairs and sales, as well as maintaining an electronic record of repairs.
The GRUNDFOS AUTHORISED SERVICE PARTNER title is obtained after an inspection by the independent body Bureau Veritas on behalf of GRUNDFOS.
The title of GRUNDFOS AUTHORISED INDUSTRY PARTNER is obtained after an evaluation by an internal GRUNDFOS inspector.
